How pickup works
When you decide to donate your ATV, UTV, or side-by-side, we make pickup easy and hassle-free. Our team will coordinate with you to arrange a pickup time that fits your schedule. Often, our flatbed trucks are used to safely transport your vehicle from your location. If you don’t have the title for your off-road vehicle, don’t worry; a bill-of-sale or Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) will suffice. In many cases, we can identify your vehicle via the VIN or engine number. Whether your vehicle is located at your home, on a farm, or at a hunting cabin, we’re here to assist you every step of the way.
What drives donation value
The donation value of your ATV, UTV, or side-by-side can be influenced by several factors. Primarily, the condition of the vehicle plays a significant role; well-maintained equipment with service records tends to fetch a higher value. On 4-stroke ATVs, the number of hours used will often outweigh mileage, emphasizing the importance of service history. Popular models such as the Polaris RZR and Can-Am UTVs usually hold strong resale values in the used market. While dents and plastic fading may lower the value a bit, a premium can be added for running vehicles. Even non-running units can still have positive parts value, making your donation impactful.
Documentation you need

Tampa specifics
For Tampa residents, it’s important to understand the local laws regarding off-road vehicles. In Florida, vehicles that are used exclusively off-road typically do not require a title; a bill-of-sale may be sufficient for donation purposes. However, if your vehicle has been registered for road use, the title will be necessary. Our team at AutoLift Tampa is knowledgeable about these regulations and can assist you with all required documentation to ensure your donation is compliant and straightforward.
